Are you addicted to helping businesses succeed? No? Just me? Okay. I admit it. My goal for every potential client (PC) meeting is that by the end, I see a look of relief cross the face of my new friend. At the beginning of our conversation, it’s not unusual for me to detect the growing panic in the PC’s voice. They more they talk, the more overwhelming their decision seems. There are a lot of options out there. You are too busy running your business to research all of them. We, on the other hand, are not. We know what technology you need to solve your business problem. We can act as your agent and stand between you and an eager sales department who wants to sell you their solution and make your business fit its model instead of the other way around. It’s hard for SMB owners to believe having a conversation with us is free and without obligation. We really just want to hear what challenge you’re facing. It’s fun for us to gently take hold of a single strand of the tangled spaghetti that your business processes have become and start pulling. If you need more than a roadmap, we are happy to supply you with a test drive or two and negotiate with vendors for a solution while you keep running your business. We enjoy cleaning data up; making it nice and pretty so you can see the reflection of your business’s future in it. More than one client has asked, “Why are you being so nice to me?” My reply is almost always, “Because you’re letting me.” Then, I crave breakfast no matter what time of day it is. Let's talk.
